CTC was established in South Australia in 1989 and following substantial growth is now recognised as one of the largest private Registered Training Organisation in South Australia specialising in entry level vocational training, retraining, redeployment training and multiskilling for entry level health care workers.
With the introduction of the National Training Package in 1999 by the Federal Government CTC mapped its curriculum against the new industry qualifications.
In 1996 CTC developed its own curriculum written against the current National Competency Standards, CERTIFICATE III in HEALTH SERVICES (Direct Care Worker).
The first CTC Aged & Disability Care Course was registered and accredited in South Australia in 1991 and was continually reviewed to reflect current industry standards encompassing both employer and client needs. (more).
